Jewish Teen Philanthropy
JWOW's teen philanthropy program has come to a close with this exciting news from
Suzy Tavolacci, JWOW Educator:
"We are very excited to share with you that the Suffolk County Jewish Teen Philanthropy group has decided to award $1,000 to M'yad L'yad. Our group was very impressed with the work of M'yad Ly'ad and through careful thought and analysis we discovered that [this] organization was most closely aligned with the vision and mission of our group. Our mission is to improve health and eliminate hunger for families on Long Island. We also greatly admired M'yad L'yad's dedication to giving while preserving anonymity as this aligns with the highest levels of Maimonides Ladder of Giving and preserves the dignity of your clients."
Mazel Tov to all of the teens in our pilot year of Jewish Teen Philanthropy!

Thanks to JTFN, BBYO and Hillel at Stony Brook University for partnering with us on this program.
